The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. The carving fork is made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel with a purpose to easily pierce meat and create a firm hold. The handles on the utensils in the carving knife set are made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish. These utensils must not be washed in the dishwasher.
