The 6-Piece Ukon Set includes 5 kitchen knives, all Constructed from Global’s signature CROMOVA 18 stainless steel. The following knives are included in the set: GU-01 Chef’s knife, GU-03 Bread knife, GUM-10 Vegetable knife, GUF-32 Utility knife and GUF-30 Paring knife.
