Our cutting board is made of Acacia hardwood that may be beautiful and incredibly durable. The natural oils in Acacia wood prevents odors and is naturally water-resistant, making it very easy to deal with. The board is generously sized at 12 by 16 inches with a channel carved along the fringe to assemble juices as you cut, and minimize mess. That is the board you’ll reach for always—whether you’re slicing up homemade sourdough, carving a holiday turkey, cutting up weeknight chicken breasts, or arranging meats and cheeses to share a charcuterie board. We advise periodically rubbing your board with mineral oil or a beeswax compound to retain its finish.
